Due to the upcoming holidays and the recent damage from the hurricanes, most orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Please plan accordingly when placing an order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
At this time, if you've received a notification that your order has been shipped then it has been shipped (even if you did not receive a tracking number). If you haven't received your within 6 weeks after the date of your shipment notification email, then please reach out to us through our contact form here.
Occasionally an item may be out of stock through our supplier due to shortages. If this happens, you will be refunded.
We Do Not Ship To PO Boxes. Please enter a physical address at checkout. If you enter a PO Box your order will not be shipped.
